Gary Lawless is co-owner of Gulf of Maine Books in Brunswick, Maine, and the editor/publisher of Blackberry Books.

He has published 19 collections of poetry in the U S, five collections in Italy, and one in France. In August he was the featured reader at a “Festival Poesie  Sauvage” in Le Salvetat sur Agout, France.

His most recent collection is “How the Stones Came to Venice” from Littoral Books in Portland, Maine. Gary lives in Nobleboro with his wife Beth, their cat, and their two rescue donkeys.
